Authenticity. The ability to accept ones' self enough to not care if others see personal parts of you. Similar word: genuinity.
If I could invent anything at all, it would be this: an instrument that would allow the viewer the ability to look at everyone as their true self. For instance, perhaps a telescope that the viewer could look through, or a black light bar to see emotional bruises. Enough to make everyone so naked, we see that it's the nakedness that's natural, and to no longer be embarrassed about our little quips and quittles.
